Payment for Asheville Cabins & Cottages
50% of the rental fee and taxes are due at time of reservation. The balance will be charged to your credit card the day you arrive.
Cancellations
Marshall and I understand that plans sometimes change and you may need to cancel your stay. If you find this to be the case, please let us know as early as possible so that your days may be booked by others. All cancellations will be charged a $35 processing fee and, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for early departures.
Your deposit will be fully refunded (minus processing fee) if you cancel your stay UP TO 72 HOURS (for all smaller cottages) BEFORE YOUR CHECK IN DATE. Unfortunately, if you have to cancel within 72 hours of your reservation date, we will have to keep your deposit (unless we can rebook your cottage for the length of your stay).
THE MANCHE INN is a little different than our other cottages. Most people make reservations months in advance for this cottage and it is very hard to rebook without enough notice.
It is for this reason that we require a 30 day notification in order for your deposit to be completely refunded (minus processing fee).
The balance of your stay is charged two weeks prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date, you will lose your deposit (unless we can rebook the Inn for the length of your stay).
Security Deposit for Asheville Cabins & Cottages
A damage deposit of $125 will be held on your credit card at the time of check-in and is fully refundable within 7 days from your check-out if no damage is attributed to your stay.
The Manche Inn requires a $500 deposit to be held on your credit card at the time of your stay and will also be fully refundable within 7 days from your check-out if no damage is attributed to your stay.
Pets
Absolutely NO PETS of any size or kind.
Occupancy
Please do not bring anymore occupants than you have paid for. Occupancy violations will result in a rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of all guest.
What to bring to Asheville Cabins & Cottages
We provide a fully equipped rental. You will find pots, pans, dishes, utensils, paper products and light cleaning supplies for the kitchen. We have linens, towels, wash cloths, bath robes (for the master bedroom), toilet tissue, soap, shampoo and light cleaning supplies. You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a full size washer and dryer. All of your soap products have been supplied for you as well. Unless specified, other amenities are not provided.
Smoking
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the rental. Smoking areas are provided on the front porch or the back deck. Smoking inside will be considered damage to the cabins.
Cleaning
Having your cottage clean and looking new is our highest priority. Your cottage will be perfectly clean when you arrive. If you find this not to be the case even in the slightest way, please call my cell phone immediately and we will be right over to make it so.
