Marshall and I would like to introduce you to our six NEW vacation
cottages located on 14 private acres in Asheville, North Carolina. Development
of these new Asheville properties were completed on September 1st. These new
North Carolina, romantic cottages are located only three miles from our present
cabins (on the other side of the mountain). Our fourteen acres are surrounded by
256 acres of forest that backs up to the Pisgah National Forest. The six
cottages are nestled together in one corner of the property, as we will
eventually add more in the future. The quiet location is perfect for a relaxing
romantic escape.
Using our years of experience with our present cottages, we’ve tried to
create the perfect vacation cottage rental experience in these new cottages.
The cottages are condo-style like our present cabins (Laurel and
Rosewood). They have one bedroom and one bath. They are perfect for two but will
work for four (there is a queen sofa sleeper). Each cottage has all the
amenities as our present cottages plus several new upgrades. These will include:
Covered and very private back deck with a Hot Springs brand hot tub and
also a gas grill.
Gas fireplace in living room that will give ambiance to the cool nights in
Asheville.
Large flat screen TV’s in living room as well as on the wall in the
bedroom.
Dish Network’s largest channel package that includes ALL of the movie
channels. This will also give you the ability to record your favorite shows
while you are out touring and watch them when you return. Don’t want to watch
commercials? No problem, we have DVR! Just use the fast forward feature to skip
right over them.
King sized, Select Comfort mattresses in bedroom that will allow you to
change your sleep number to create a perfect night’s sleep.
The bed is also equipped with drawers that allow storage for your personal
things and speakers are even built into the bed so you can plug in your Ipod or
MP3 player.
A towel warmer in the bathroom will guarantee that you never get out of
the bath without a warn towel waiting.
The bathroom floor is also heated so that even on the coldest of mornings,
your feet will always be warm.
Within each cottage is a washer and dryer and a large kitchen.
Like our other cottages, each kitchen will include professional grade
pots, pans and knives.
