Payment
50% of the rental fee and taxes are due at time of reservation. The balance will
be charged to your credit card the day you arrive.
Cancellations
There is no fee for early cancellations up to 72 hours before check-in date. If you
are going to cancel, please do so as early as possible so that your days may be
rebooked by others. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date will
forfeit 100% of deposit. There are no refunds for early departures.
Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $125 will be held on your credit card at the time of check-in
and is fully refundable within 7 days from your check-out if no damage is attributed
to your stay.
Pets
Absolutely NO PETS of any size or kind
Occupancy
Please do not bring anymore occupants than you have paid for. Occupancy violations
will result in a rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of all guest.
What to bring
We provide a fully equipped rental. You will find pots, pans, dishes, utensils,
paper products and light cleaning supplies for the kitchen. We have linens, towels,
wash cloths, bath robes (for the master bedroom), toilet tissue, soap, shampoo and
light cleaning supplies. You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board
and a full size washer and dryer. All of your soap products have been supplied for
you as well. Unless specified, other amenities are not provided.
Smoking
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the rental. Smoking areas are provided
on the front porch or the back deck. Smoking inside will be considered damage to
the cabins.
Cleaning
The rental is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Please
report within 4 hours of your arrival anything we fail to clean.
