The Asheville Cottages guarantee you will be satisfied with
your stay in one of our luxuriously furnished cottages. We currently
have 4 cottages for you to choose from and our rates are very
reasonable.

Notes:
A two night minimum stay is required for all cabins. The one
time cleaning fee will be waived for reservations of 7 nights
or more. 7% NC sales tax will be included.
Reservations:
A reservation is made when a payment of 50% is received. Reservations
are made on a first paid, first reserved basis.
Cancelations:
There is no fee for early cancellation up to 24 hours before
check-in date. If you are going to cancel, please do so as early
as possible so that your days may be rebooked by others. Cancellations
made within 24 hours of the reservation date will forfeit 100%
of deposit.
