About the Owner

Tracie and I started Asheville Cottages, Inc. in 2003. We were among the the first vacation rental cottages in the Asheville area. After more than 25 years we, along with some of our grown kids and a great staff, still manage the day-to-day operations of our cottages. We only live a few moles from the cottages and work tirelessly every day to ensure you have the best stay you have ever experienced.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
