Asheville Cottages' LOVE Asheville, SHOP Local Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Asheville Cottages' LOVE Asheville, SHOP Local Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Asheville Cottages, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to accept Asheville Cottages’ decisions as final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST on March 3, 2025, and ends at 12:00 AM EST on March 31, 2025. All online entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

4. How to Enter:

Book a cottage stay before 12:00 AM EST on March 31, 2025, and receive one (1) entry per night booked.
Refer a friend who books a stay and receive three (3) extra entries.
Share the contest on social media or via email and receive one (1) extra entry per platform.
No purchase necessary: To enter without making a purchase, mail a 4” x 6” postcard with legibly printed full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address to: Asheville Cottages, 29 Asheville Cottages Ln., Asheville, NC 28806. Mailed entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2025.

5. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive $750 in gift cards to local businesses of their choice. The total prize value is $750. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted. Asheville Cottages reserves the right to substitute the prize if necessary. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email within five (5) days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days, or fails to comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering, entrants grant Asheville Cottages the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Terms: Asheville Cottages reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control that may affect the integrity of the contest. Asheville Cottages reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Asheville Cottages, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.

12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Asheville Cottages’ privacy policy.

13. Winner List: To request the name of the winner, send an email to ashevillecottages@gmail.com with the subject "Winners List Request."
