Construction next door​​​

On the west side of our property, a developer is building luxury townhomes. They have owned the property for five years and have finally started building this year.

​

Tracie and I wanted to make sure everyone knew this because we do hear construction noise at different times throughout the day.

​

To help compensate for the noise, we have dropped our prices 40% below where they were last year.
